TENTOZS Return & Refund Policy
At TENTOZS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a UK-based retailer, our returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and fully compliant with UK Consumer Protection laws.
1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by emailing support@tentozs.co.uk.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" or "non-faulty" returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Heavy Items: Please note that for heavy items (such as garden sheds, large appliances, or furniture), return shipping via courier or pallet can be expensive. We recommend obtaining a tracked service with insurance.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, TENTOZS will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a collection at no expense to you.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
Full Refunds: We will refund the full price of the product plus the cost of standard outbound delivery.
Deductions: For heavy items where a specialized shipping service was used, if the item is returned due to a "change of mind," we reserve the right to deduct the direct cost of the original shipping from your refund as permitted by UK law.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
4. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
In the original packaging (especially for high-value brands like Ninja, Shark, and Keter).
For hygiene reasons, certain kitchen appliances cannot be returned if they have been used for food preparation.
