At TENTOZS, we believe in simple, transparent pricing. That’s why we offer Free Delivery on every single order to all customers across the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Rates

Standard UK Delivery: FREE for all orders.

There are no hidden surcharges for delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or Offshore Islands.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Small & Medium Items (e.g., Air Fryers, Vacuums): 3–5 Business Days.

Large & Heavy Items (e.g., Garden Sheds, Washing Machines): 5–7 Business Days.

Note: Large items are often delivered via a specialized two-man or pallet service to ensure they arrive safely.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

We do not ship on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed starting the next business day.

4. Delivery of Heavy Goods For high-volume items like Keter sheds or kitchen white goods, our delivery partner may contact you via SMS or phone to schedule a specific delivery day. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your TENTOZS order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
